The dispensation is lifted for all individuals. So, Mass attendance is required again starting at Pentecost. Those who are medically high-risk should stay home as well as people who are sick (as always), have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or as regular through no fault of their own cannot attend Mass. 

We are allowed to decrease distancing between families (to 3 feet as CDV recommends). People that would like more space are encouraged to sit up front. 

We can return to the actual confessional. Hand sanitizer needs to be available at the door for the people. 

We can return to ministry in person – with distancing and masks.

We may have a “small choir.” I am going to interpret this as 3-4 singers + musicians.

We must still continue to disinfect the church after every Mass and clean the restrooms.

Mask must still be worn inside the church.

The diocese will decide when our county can enter Phase 2 – which will entail more freedoms.
